It's an AOE Ninja proc
It summons one black ninja
and a red ninja
and I think it possibly summons a yellow ninja
but no-one lives past the red and black ninja so it's hard to say

actually thats a lie
it summons arrows
Arrows of Atlantis (med range, high accuracy, high damage thrust arrows)
but your hand does glow when it does
which looks nice

and it's a nice speed bow with nice dex cap, used to hit 410 dex with that bow in an old template/RA choice
I just need that Talon bow for the slash debuff now that I'm a gimpy Elf blades ranger with 300 Str

Bah i wanted the ninjas, would be happy if it summoned torcans which then exploded... the BBB (burnt bacon bow)

From the description the arrows are lesser versions of the shark gloves.

Dont need the bow but might be nice for my collection, however its just a knobbly and the talon is a spiky blue.
However i think i would prefer to see a bow making pincushions out of albs and mids then gathering dust.

Your best bet is to speak to Aran in game, he will be at the Willow Tavern from 18:30 GMT (hopefully), so if you cant find one by then i would advise you visiting. <grin>
The Willow Tavern is in meath/pryd house 3354, just west of meath enterance.
