After playing whit my CB sb few times found out that haste 17% isn't enough to get good enough hitting speed for pa+cd I'm willing to trade that axe for SB TG vest

yes, vest is more rare but u need appr. 2FG at least to kill some1 who can drop the axe and 4-5ppl (summ sm, shamm 2-3 healers) to kill Hurika.

Seen Kula drop 2-3 vest, never seen Hurika drop a single one so far. Mabe trust a webpage rather than actually events? Who knows, but anyway the Axe is simpler to get than the Vest was all I was saying cause the numbers of people who 'zergraid' TG is more than the numbers who do it 'underground'.
Not like we got chanters here, the mayority of the SM's never thought of summoning.

Anyway, hope u get ur vest soon Sala, know many looking for it (lets just call it a friendly bump)
