Wtt Cetus Skin

A quick question -

was just wondering if the Hardened Cetus Skin cloak is template worthy ?

Im very much in the dark regarding toa as ive been away so im playing catch up atm -

Anyway i have this cloak in my posession atm and i was advised by a few people on sale prices and it seems the cheapest on the market is 5 plat with the most expensive being 12 plat -

Stats:

Cons: 16pts
All Melee Weapon Skills: 2 pts
Crush 8%
Slash 8%
Thrust 8%

10 Charges....Haste
Increases melee speed by 34%!!!

Anyone interested in buying it can post here otherwise any suggestions on a template involving this cloak would be helpful -

Imho its not template worthy.

Most classes would gofor an arti cloak. SoM > cetus, Harpy cloak which is vitualy solabale > cetus, and all the later mlx.10 cloaks > cetus.

I sold mine for 2p.

The one thing i will grace the cloaks with is that they ( well the melee version anyway ) looks great when dyed red

Dont bother with Harpy's Cloak, its a nightmare to lvl...unless you can get SoM or another decent melee cloak, use Cetus imo.

There are a LOT of better cloaks available tho.
