Afaik u dont loose skills when durability is at 70% u only loose it when condition is 70% but just repair and its fine :=)

you cant repair jewels, rings ect

The smith can do it thou at the cost of lowered durability.

70 dur = 14 repairs @ 96%

so it will last for a bit! (130% original dur)

All items can be repaired but at some point, other than epic/artis, any with plus skill will lose said when dur reaches 70%.

You can't repair dur, it drops as you repair con on all bar arties/epic.

All items can be repaired but at some point, other than epic/artis, any with plus skill will lose said when dur reaches 70%.

They lose +skills at 70% con - this becomes a problem when dur reaches low levels and the item can no longer be repaired. As long as it has dur you can repair the lost con and get the full benefit.

So for example an item on 70% con and 100% dur will have 'lost' the +3 skills. repair it and you'll find it has 100% cons and (this varies according to item) say 85% dur it will now also have it's +3 skills working.
