Yes it drops fairly often, however killed 2 of them the other day, none dropped. So its not 100% drop atleast.

cb has been fixed
2 of the 3 mobs their droprate was screwed b4 patch, now they have the normal droprate wich wasn't 100%

btw what do u want for mt2 ?
