The prices are so called buyout prices. Starting bid will be 50% of buyout price and minimum raise is 1p for items with starting bid over 5p. No minimum raise for items under 5p.

I have the jewel as well..


but doesnt matter if it's 81% or not.. just dont repair gems that have no +skill on them they work just as fine at 70% dur
