afraid not blood... in a few patches all quest drops like Antalya Shawl,zahur ring, plaited hair of malamis will drop randomley from normal mobs. can be both good and bad depends on the drop rate but feels like it´s gonna be better and prices will prob be mutxh lower

accually u can even choose your loot from specific encounters so u can just farm afrits and use the afrits essence to change to loot from a specific ml or arti enc.

Which kinda kills every value on shawl and malamis belts and also u have a chans that the afrits drop loot from every arti enc in the game.
