There's always a OTD cloak to get in Yggdra or a cloakdrop from one of the (magic) lords in Varulvhamn that are very good too.

a. it's not farmable, it's a ROG drop from iarn lair
b. the utility is higher than the SI quest cloaks and with a better spread of skills/stats/hits/resists thus easier to fit into a SC config
