yep assassins buy this for rvr until u get GoV or GSV lvled, you might actually live longer

Actually the heal proc makes it better than GoV if you don't need the melee bonusses. I have this vest on my infil and it goes off quite a lot.

I am sorry, but this vest will not go for less than 15p. I paid 25p + a cold lgw 99% for it - and it's never been used.

ur kidding right? what about the cap increases? they useless? gov is superior to this vest, and the af procc is just as good as the healprocc.

this vest is decent, nothing more, nothing less. and whats up with +2 envenom on it :|
