Qui cap sure is useless but con cap isn't.

It still has nice resists. Price was set to high as some people told me it's valuable, apparently it isn't, atleast on exc/hib. Also only saw one ring on CM for 30p so going 50% of that didn't seem too high.

Price dropped min bid 5p buyout 10p.

If you dont want to bid min bid, then don't bid at all. Ok VF and Shangrila?
