tbh, why are these so wanted? they heal for what, 150 hp?

_maybe_ good on a stealther, but most need gov/gsv for their templates anyway...

Maybe they put it in other part so they have gov/gsv and a heal procc instead of ablavative (of 100)

so 5-10% to hit the armorpart, and what.. 10%? to actually make it proc..

I have gov/winged helm/sharkskin gloves, crafted parts legs/arms/boots. This proc will be going on the legs, if 2 more become available ill get them also, i have my template sorted now just xping artifacts, nothing else to spend plats on, may as well twink my suit a little more

After doing 27 FG raids ranging from getting to 3rd key to 2nd horsemen, I got 3 sidi heal procs, 2 of which were weapon ones.
