It's the best PVE shield in whole albion and worth quite alot and only a retard would salvage it.

But what would you know, you're a hib and don't even seem to be or have played a tank.

I bought one for 20p just to PL 2 chars to 50 in DF over 3 days xD. We eventually just deleted it.
