I wont lower price infact ill Just remove it from auction to stop the winers.

You could probably count the amount of these Jewels in Circulation on 1hand. 10 charges of 10min gives 100min 75Dex/Quick Buff if you solo or no Shammy. Forget the Stats. Anyhow
