What's the speed of the hammer? And is it a tg skinned hammer or some other model?

Speed of hammer is 3,3, dunno how tg hammers look, but got nice glow effect

Just remember ToA items is getting nerfed 1.68 ;p ie. %melee speed is getting capped at 5% for artifacts, 4% for RoG's and 2% for standardized items
