don't think it's worth to much.. the low stats combined with unded/elemental only stuff drags the price badly, i would never give up belt-slot for a 15 dex cap :S but with some luck you'l find some who will :]

concidering most archers will use the +7 dex cap bracers (Blackened Wrap) having a low utility belt that overcaps with those 2 isn't worth a whole lot .. sadly
