ok, house, in nordkap, kinda far away but on a cool little island iwith other houses, ill give the stuff in the house with it, forge, bindstone and so on.
(including them in the price that is).

Counting it all, (merchants and so included) i think i payed 8plat for it all when i bought it, making it 7 plat feels allright.
