its a cottage in twistelton lot 132 want 7P but will listen to offers this includes:

fully furnished intierior inc. bar for social gatherings
well looked after garden (i cud swear the trees are self watering)
and walls and roof both redone to noble's (500g each)

so unless you got lots and LOTS of high priced funiture it might be worth lowering your price a bit matey

ps. don't forget you need to pick everything up and trade em before you do the house transfer deed thing else they'll disappear

pps. the porch, and all modifications to the house (ie nobles roof) disappear when you transfer too (thats why they not on the price list )

nah they dont cos i bought house off guildie an porche walls some random garden stuff etc. stayed there an its only 30 secs from entr + been offered 6.25P so far so why lower it?

Personaly I think Caerwent is overrated, surely a plot in the middle of the housing zone would be way better at Dalton, then when you have to visit some other CM's to collect some goodies youll on average be closer.
