Since I rarely play thid anymore, I might as well sell this.
+5 to ALL magic skills, so works for any caster. Caps all resists, con and hits, overcaps dex and int fully, caps powerpool AND power. The only other thing possible in a thid temp are the minor TOA bonuses such as spell duration and debuff bonus, but this is staff independant so you can easily cap those with an appropriate TOA ROG staff. Also uses level 25 armour only so it won't degrade quickly like high level items in thid.
