House 758 in Gloucester, Old Sarum (South from Caerwent in the middle of the housing zone).
Also got a full Aten's Shield (Remus' Story) on there for 100g.
Plus a few other scrolls most of which are 5g each and not to mention loads of cheap rogs for about 10-30g.
