One thing that i have noticed, is that ppl NEVER read what actually is in the text.
There stand "selling full respec stone 6p", then you're not supposed to bid 4.5, you're actually not supposed to bid at all, if u don't like the price, try if u can find it under 7p on a CM

no, people actually read whats there, and make an offer on it....the seller doesnt even have to acknowledge the offer, but if he is desperate for cash, then he has a buyer....you cant have a pop at someone for making an offer lower than the asking price, its the sellers choice

The amount of gold im supposed to bid only concerns me.
The seller is totally free to ignore the offer as im totally free to bid wotever i like.

Last time I checked about a week ago there were an aboslute load of skill respecs for around the 4p mark on the CM's and lots being sold in sauvage for 3-4p. Guess they all actually sold though rather than sitting on CMs for months gathering dust
