This drop is so damn rare and hard to get too... Go to a lair group for a day and you will see 10 drop...

It might actually get a lot better after mythic fixes the +pow if they will at all (it was stated on a TL report feedback that +pow should use same formula [and imbue?] as +HP).

Hmmm been quite some days at malmo yet never saw one drop.

it depends where you pull, most malmo groups just pull protectors without changing, sometimes they change mobs for some camp bonus, the belt along with the other fw drops from execs
