It's still 100% quality, so for chain esp. you can save a lot of money, even if the stats aren't anything to write home about.

Cleric epic is good, 2 pieces with UV 66.6 , even got those in my final template as 100% 100AF is allmost the same as qua 99% 102AF besides my Af buffs will make up the diff.
