Not sure really on the value on this items, the Legedary Alc I spoke to said 90g per charge, and you can only get 7 of them per item < this is a random crafter I pm'd cant garentee that this is right, but he obvisously know's more about Alc than I do>. This shield can be used by all <shield weilders>, the dot charges are a must for all soloer's/stealthers, and do stack with Infi's Body poisons.

This is a dam good drop, chasing those pesky Skalds/Bards, stoping those crazy Sb's, Rangers, Hunters, and Ns's from stealthing, putting a dot on casters, at least one inturpt while they /stun you or /mezz you. You just cant afford to miss out on such a utility drop.

Actualy it increases the DD dammage, so its not that bad Also on the US servers they claim it makes the Abl a bit better (+instru).

A high rr minstrel once asked me to SC Inst on a shield, I was curious and he explained it allows you a better chance to keep a charmed mob while fighting. SO not as useless as it at first appears
