still very effective weapons with one of the best procs in daoc for solo shades. Sure the 94% is a kick but they are still potent pokers and 1 plat is a healthy price.

when you cap the swing speed with a GR, 255 qui and yellow haste with some aug buff, will you still recieve a noticeable haste effect if you use a dirk or stiletto?

i could be interessting in this VF , but might want something faster :x

afaik you swing a GR at 1.7 spd with capped qui, qui buff, and haste

yeah the stats are kinda sucky, but bt proc is really really uber. you break chains, you negate 100-300 dmg hits while being solo, etc ;p

it _does_ go off often, but it all depends on luck like alot of things
