Yep i bet they just said they already nerfed just for the fun of it Weapons havent lost any effects yet sciense event day and armor's wont either.

u should be abel to see a screenshot there, if not i dunno why

anyway i think the timer on the procc gets nerfed, but imo it doesent mather.
ive tried it a few times in rvr and it actually procced pretty often.
