And if you got ml10 leggings and a ml10 weapon, you can do the /use and get the ml10 cloak.

Thats what i used to get cloak. Dunno, if it just neccesary just have to have two other random ml10 drops besides Jerkin.

you need chest, leggings and 1 weapon
you can then unequip then weapon, but the chest and leggings need to be worn or cloak will go poof

You can unequip the legs as well. Or at least you could last tme I tested it.

nahh, you need to keep them on
it's so buggy that when i moved my spare leggings around in my inv the cloak would disappear

however....
you can summon the cloak with a full inv
it drops on ground
take off the astral gear and vault it
clear up inv
pick up cloak
and presto
a cloak you dont need to wear other gear with

but the vest HoT is very nice, and the leggings str/con dex/qui debuff proccs alot for me
