Depends how much you got to cap ;>

I know for example that for me it is IMPOSSIBLE to cap str, con, dex, qui, cha, hits, all resists, +slash +stealth...
Without using 2 sidi rings, and the 80utility necklace we'll get in 1.61, and probably a higher util than 40 cloak.
