I got this strange debuff on my, didt have time to see what it was, since a dualwielder think merc attacked me. I fumbled 6 hits with both weapons in a row then i was hacked and nuked to death.

yes Dirty tricks or Increased Fumbles as it reads on my screen...
you can solo low reds if you use it. its on a 30 min timer so it doesnt come often but when it does
nearly would have killed a lvl 50 NS because of it (he had 2 friends) it is impressive when a green con can whoop your ass so much with it...

it can be resisted, wich really sucks. You wait 30 minutes, and it gets resisted... very ugly.
Awesome tool in rvr and single player PvE, but in your standard group situation it gets resisted by the purple con mobs nearly every time. But it can save a group from a bad pull if it works.
