That could be it, it still just looks weird coz he seems to have no lag at all, makes you wonder if he can make his client lag But Im inclined to go along with ur explanation, coz it would be f000king stupid showing urself lag cast in a vid

notice him trying to cast before lag meter goes kiko and then it comes preloaded could cast 3 pow bars of sh and running when goa servers lagged alot recently

Hehe that kinda lag reminds me of the old days playing UO and meeting people running Gear

Gear bassically made all your enemies lag so they were frozen and you could just kill them... Maybe this guy found something like it that interupts his connection to the server and allows him to run and cast before the server knows he is moving. I imagine he would be porting around from others point of view...

But what do i know... Am not an expert on cheats/hax/abuses in any game

im pretty sure there was something as lagg-casting back then, allways when you tried to attack a bard or something they would lagg away 15meters forward while spamming mezz, could have been lagg from crappy comp too tho..

he doesnt. from the looks of it he tries to move so he wont waste power on his spreadheal (since entire grp is on 100%) but it goes off anyway, if he was a real haxx0r in some way he would've avoided this.
