Seems most likely you have downloaded the US game installer and trying to connect to us login servers. Check your update dat file, if theres like 10-15 lines of text, change it to :

Mythic Patch
193.252.123.21:1280/updates/english/isles/mpatch.dat
193.252.123.21:1280/updates/english/isles/mpatch.dat

( Im presuming you have SI aswell ) .


Edit : Forgot to mention that this thing happens sometimes when you go ld and cant login straight back into euro login-server, so it automatically tries to transfer you to US login servers.
