Read somewhere theres a veeeery slim chance chestpieces can drop from any mob past spineroom or something, but I've yet to see that.

These are to my knowledge where they drop now.

Queen can drop all chestpieces.
King = warrior,thane
Elder Icelord = RM,SM
Fornfrusonen = savage,zerker,BD
Hurika = SB
Torst = hunter (not sure on this one)
Issorden = skald,shaman,healer

when we get v1.64
Queen can probably still drop all.
Jailor Vifil = warrior,thane,healer
Fornfrusonen = savage,zerker,BD
Hurika = SB,SM,RM
Torst = hunter,skald,shaman

They nerfed that in 1.60. Dominators could drop haubs.

Not only dominators could drop it, got mine from a random mob just after the spineroom. pre1.60 that is.
