title says it all really.. wtb stuff for bb with better buff% etc.. other stats doesnt matter at all as long as shaman can wear it i know its not called buff% etc but damn tired atm dont remember what it really called but im sure u get my point

Market explorer ftw - and loss of time

Yep, takes some time to ROG surf, but it pays off, my lowbie shammy has +19 now, with no toa armor - you can also buy the Stardrop jewel (+20% buff) from belor's cm (2165) - think its at 2p or something, not sure what 1.68 stats are, but since +buff wont get nerfed its probably the same...
