With that information i will decide if i can be arsed to find it... but it does sound like RoG

it ain't a rog... it drops from an ML3 step... stats are:

Strength: 15 pts
Quickness: 15 pts
Strength attribute cap: 6
Quickness attribute cap: 4
Melee Combat Speed: 2%

with a haste charge

good luck finding one though coz i think they get sold with the rest of the rog stuff as people mistake em for rogs :/
