Wanna buy this roughly lvl 37 drop cant remember what drops it think its in lynn barfog or summit has a white glow on top of staff like th sorc drop from dales of devwy - contact here or Derian in-game.

its from dales of devwy aswell or whatever the area around ft.grywthell called. there is 3-4different ones alteast thats now many different ive found all whit cool glows.
