really think Ssa is that good, dunno bloody slow wep - ok with haste but normally out n about much longer than a haste buff and end regen hardly ever fires in RVR apparently (pots better)
and when running in fg mostly be mezzing/interupting
i just find it odd that people pay so much for it .. looks cool tho, which i suppose is the most important factor
