You do realize that all 99%&100% Qua items have an extra 30% Dur ontop of the original 100% (meaning it's 129%/130% ><) so basically if yer buying Dur 99% epic stuff it's used for aprox 1/4th of the total value already..... and for 3p you should excpect unused stuff at least ^^
