wtb small shield with haste proc

you can get haste-procs crafted you prop want Celerity proc

30percent haste is what it says on the shield and its what ill call it damn u !

there are no shields with alacrity proc, well there are but as you can check they are not reverse proc, it says when weapon strikes an enemy not being struck... so dont get it, wanter to get 1 for my hero but then realised what kind of proc it is on sheild
