32 Celtic Dual (almost 60% chance)
35 Stealth
35 Envenom (i actually miss my lifebane, hehe, it's a nice dmgadd)
21 CS (*pop* ur bubble, but i wont have CD.. )

Problem with this spec is the lack of decent styles. Bumblebee sting + diamondback chain is average, but it lacks a high damage haste debuff style.

Blizzard does have this effect but with 32 cd it won't hit for much damage at all with that low spec

Also keep in mind that a bubblepopper doesn't have to be PA, bs2 or bs1 will do fine. Sure they get stun immunity, but how often do you hit DB on a caster anyway?

I'd go for 39 cd 39 pierce 34 cs if you really want a split spec, or bump cd and lower cs and preferably env too

Interesting point about BS1 or BS2 .. i might drop cs to 5 to bump cd up to 40, but then i think 40 cd is a bit much, starting to get diminish returns.

I still want to stick with a high WS spec..

But i've seen templates with high CS and hitting for huge amounts..
50 pierce and 44 CS (cant use at low RR tho without dropping too much cd and envenom)

high cd > high pierce looking at overall damage

cs > cd looking at utility

a mix results in low ws, or you have to be very high rr :/
