WTB single respec stone and shaman mending question

I was last night in housing zone and planing to buy that single spec stone. Not many were for sale and the lowest price were 8P which was more than full respecs i found there.

So is anybody selling single respec for reasonable price?

Also wondering that if I spec my shaman from full aug to 42a / 33m, how much will my best heal be? It says 307 but when I had 235, I was really healing 293 without any variens.
