[WTB] Single Line Respec Stone

Hello, everyone.

I just moved here from Mid/Prydwen, and in doing so I by mistake listened to a dummy who told me to go void.

Well, now I've wizened up (someone cast an acuity buff on me irl), and want to go mana. Since I didn't realise my mistake before lvl40, I will need a respec stone to achieve this.

So if anyone with a respec stone they won't be needing could be so kind and sell it to me - you decide the price within reasonable limits - it'd be forever in your debt.

I know I can just attend Galla raids, but with my +0 mods, etc., I doubt I'll be able to get one within tolerable time ...

But.

My chances of getting a stone are slim because:

1) I don't have a guild.
2) I'm not lvl50 - yet.
3) I have +0 mod.
4) I'm a utility-less specced voidie who can't do f*** all to high level purple mobs, and thus contribute very little.

So I just thought I'd ease the tedium by buying one.

How you can get to lvl 40 and not know the first thing about your class is beyond me. Try your ground target spells.

FYI you are the best nuker in the game in galla and against mobs lvl 70+, at your level you are a better nuker in galla than a lvl 50 mana pb.

What reasons you have to insult me when I didn't say anything about using a GTAoE DD that will probably (speculations, not statements) not hit for much harder than what a single tank can do is beyond me.

I didn't know GTAoE was desired in galla raids, I do now, but you could have told me they were without insinuating that I'm a complete newbie.

Guess you havent worked out that you can debuff for teh mana chanter yet then. A void eld in a group with mana mages is a real compliment, and can do some serious dmg. The chanter can debuff for you to let u bolt enemies for silly dmg, and vice versa for close range. Voidies really arent the step child of hibernia anymore.
And for galla raids your GTAoE will hit any mob, so it's extremely useful for PvE. Don't underestimate teh voidie.

There was no insult there, just suprised that you reached 47 without undestanding what good GTAoE is or what good your debuffs are (you should have like 5 of them of different flavours that can greatly assist almost any character).

GTAoE hits all mobs in the game regardless of level with the exception of mobs that are 100% immune to energy, that makes you a better nuker in galla than PBs who wont hit mobs at all (resist , resist , resist etc) unless 3fg of people are on the mob in which case its going down fast anyway...

as a suggestion try making it to 49 and comming to a galla raid (49 is min level for lottoing for respec stone i think) ,you wont necessarly need a guild, just shout void mage lfg and see what response you get, i doubt youll be left without a grp.

I did what you adviced and attended the Galla raid this saturday.

And guess what. I got a stone!

Anyway, this thread is now obsolete.
