how many ppl u need to kill the dudes that may drop single respec?

well normally sidi normal mob can be killed by 1 fg. but the normal mob has low drop rate (single specc stone) as name mob, which is not so easy to be killed by 1fg. Summoner Hall only drop realm specc stone.
