Closer, I suspect, to 25 times than to 5.

Unfortunately, not many clerics have 2, and that is really the only reason anyone would have to sell one.

Not uber stats, but perfectly adequate given how clerics have so little they need capped. Combined with the best proc I am aware of in the pre-ToA game, this makes the hauberk rather good.
