I don't think it exists on albion yet alone any of the English servers, however should it drop I would expect to pay in excess of 200p+, and thus you'd be pretty stupid to sell something like it, in terms or rarity, its alot rarer than even the 8.10 caster sleeves. Ideally, try get it on an ML4 run if it ever drops, which as said; it's very rare. Other than that, good-luck.

have never seen it drop on mid, hib or alb but i really really want it as its the best small shield in game imo
