Thanks to a previous TL those have been removed from most loot tables.
I have a rog low qua one (not for sale), and in pve it's damn uver when it procs, never really tried it in rvr (as the proc rate isn't that high). Afaik the erinyes charm encounter is the only place that drops the scythes.
Anyway if anyone gets an mp alacritous that 5.0 speed or slower, I'll buy it (can offer ml10 loot, scrolls, plats or irl $$$) ;P

The best you can do is use alacrtious cloth. Occasionally decent stuff drops.
I'm currently collecting 99+% qua alacrtious RoG, prefereably with spell duration or str/qui cap. Idea being 100str cap, 250qui, 26% spell duation, a few reactive alacritous procs = full side chain x2 from back stun (which is 10s with 25% spell duration) with ML10/Snakecharmers.

With practice you have an "anytime sidestun".
Try the following, get in close and /face. Know your swing time, and strafe one direction than reverse half way between the swings and stop just before you style.
A side style should land. If that doesn't work, walk through them at an angle, and use side backed up with rear stun.
If that doesn't work, come out of combat, walk backwards for 2 seconds to make sure they're stuck, then sprint forwards, insta snare, run thrugh /face rear stun.
