Scouts gets a crappy bracer with +parry atm and will be changed in 1.62 for a crappy scout belt with +LB

Yeah, we get the str/con/matter/energy version like the tanks. Infs and friars get the dex/con/heat/cold, scouts get some bracer and casters get jack

Identical to bracer of the strong - with dex in place of str.
