You do know you have to complete the encounter to be able to activate the staff right (and last time we tried we failed miserably as the visionofsages tactic didn't really seem to work). Think I might have Tartaros scroll in my vault though, so /send me if you want.

You not given up on that yet? Thought 6 deaths in 30mins would be enough to put anyone off. Anyway 2/3 drops fairly regularly of the tauruses on the way to Battler/Bruiser etc.

I've spoken to guys on drunkenfriar and they've given me some hints on how to do it - that "easy" walkthrough is not used at all.
