they are from the quest 'Wishes' a lvl 45 quest wich requires neutral Mau faction wich i haven't got sadly.

Maybe find someone leveling an artifact on them

i have tried 2 evenings for good faction but still aggro

Morian, have you tried the faction quest? go to 33000 6000 in stygia, there is a sphinx there named Iraneus or something like that, talk to him and u get asked to kill 4 mobs via clues, then when u kill them, see him and u get increased mau faction and a 40 value 20 sec health regen potion i had to do it 4 times for neutral faction
