6 dex cap = 12 util
+ 6 acucap = 24 util
+ 11% slash = 46 util
+ 5-7 (6) matter (or) heat = 58 util
+21 dex = 72 util
+ 15 acu = 82 util
+3 all magic = 97 util

verdict - impossible

You don't really think you'll get a rog item "on demand" like that do you?

I think the item is impossible too, but I will just state that the ROG generator works in such a way, that if the item is generated once, it WILL eventually be generated again, just a question about killing the same mob (that dropped first one) enough times!

Know this from way back when I was Summ specced on SM and PL'ed on Red Wraiths in frontier, had several pairs of identical unique items..

rog items dont count util. the way some1 explained it to me it is like; first it randoms the amount of slots for magical thingys the item will have, pre-toa it was max 4, now i dont remember. Secoundly it generates random on every slot what shit it will have. Ofc the higher imbue vallue the slot would get, the lesser chance it would have to get it.

Thus, u CAN get huge utility rog's, if u are hugely lucky.

@ original poster, gl hf with finding one like that, it's prolly is impossible :p

It seems unlikely that utility isn't taken into account when generating rog's considering the utility scales with mob level.

considdering that u could just take mob lvl into equation in when u random how many imbue points each slot would take, my theory isn't wasted by that, but i am not saying i am 100% on being right, it is just the way it seams to be working.
