Little tip: If it has fairly good stats or seems worth getting/paying money for then it probably isn't in the game till next patch.

Of course.

Housing (foundations) requires at least 1.63 - which is (sadly) the next version GOA are giving us I believe.

Sadly since 1.64 contains a huge number of housing related features/bugfixes that we'll now have to wait the standard 2 months or so for.
