Well you can focus him - Worst case, you'll need 2 active healers (1 healer+1shaman best for the resists) on the pets + the spiritmaster.

 

No you cant.. At least not on mid last patch ( pre catacombs ). And yes, i've tried it etc etc.

 

what was the problem?

 

Was never able to drop Chim below 98 %.. Regen rate outmatched sum sm focus shield on pet damage. Used highest lvl one, was up all the time etc etc. No good.

 

yea, i remember, it wasnt pretty

it might be doable now though, since it seems ml bosses were nerfed some this patch, at least Runi now drops almost before ml9 pet wears off

olol, should roll farm chars there, Kariese dropped 2 rings of heavens last time i killed her xD

 

killed karise perhaps 20 times over last 2 weeks, no drop

 

guess we were lucky then ;p
